Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases made through the Apple App Store for Noogat subscriptions.
App Store Subscriptions
All Noogat subscriptions (monthly and annual Pro plans) are purchased through the Apple App Store. Apple manages all billing and payment processing. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple, not by DayJob Development LLC.
To request a refund for an App Store purchase:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase
- Select the Noogat subscription and request a refund
Apple typically processes refund requests within a few business days. Apple's refund decisions are final.
Free Tier
The free tier of Noogat has no cost and requires no payment information. No refund is applicable.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future charges. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — there are no partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
